  1. rinse Carolina Rice
  2. put rice and pinch of salt into a pot of water
  3. bring water + rice to a boil (til it’s nice and bubbly)
  4. once it’s boiling add all of the other ingredients
  5. stir just to let it all mix, don’t go crazy
  6. let simmer for 1 hour on low heat (you can stir it every so often, but be gentle!)
  7. pour hot rice pudding into a shallow dish
  8. add some cinnamon on top if you’d like (my grandma always did)
  9. refrigerate (idk how long, I let it sit overnight)
  10. enjoy :)
